SupportThis spring, our Instructor Team began training under the leadership of Viktor Shatskyi – a surgeon, and associate professor at the Department of Disaster Medicine and Military Medicine at Ternopil National Medical University named after I. Ya. Horbachevsky, Tesimed – Center for Medical Simulation.
Theory, practice, many professional discussions, the joy of communication, and shared training days.

In 2014, together with Mr. Viktor and colleagues, we created Ukraine’s tactical medicine system, conducted hundreds of trainings, and trained thousands of civilians and military personnel. What we started in 2014 enabled us to save thousands of lives, implement Standards, and prepare those who stood their ground when the invasion came in 2022.
Instructors, like educators, must keep learning throughout their lives.
The youngest member of our Instructor Team is 19 years old, the oldest already have grandchildren, and the team includes veterans, with some members currently serving.
We are grateful for the opportunity to update our knowledge, improve, and gain new skills and expertise.
Teaching how to save lives is an important mission. It is about resilience, security, and the survival of our nation, as well as preparing the younger generation of Ukrainians.
