Description
“For Her” is about dignity, care, and recognition. It is about the changes that begin when we pay attention to each individual.
We draw attention to the specific needs of women in the military sphere—needs that too often remain outside the public spotlight.
In the first stage of the project, we are providing targeted assistance in the form of specially assembled care boxes for women defenders. Each box contains thermal underwear, personal hygiene supplies, and a functional organiser designed to meet the real needs of women on the front line. These kits not only improve everyday living conditions but also help women feel more comfortable even in the most challenging service environments.
A key element of the project is sharing the stories of these women defenders. We put real faces and voices of Ukraine’s Security and Defence Forces into the spotlight, telling stories that inspire and reshape perceptions of female leadership, resilience, and professionalism. Through media coverage, we amplify public support and reinforce respect for the women who serve alongside men.

Sewing and filling of organizers for women defenders is carried out both at the expense of funding from partners and thanks to charitable donations received by the NGO.
