SupportOn Saturday at Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, we held a training session for visitors on a topic that directly concerns everyone – stopping critical bleeding.
We live in a time when an emergency can happen at any moment. And it is first aid skills that often determine whether a person will live.
During the training, we talked about critical bleeding, speed of reaction, and correct actions in the first minutes. Participants practically practiced applying a tourniquet and wound packing – not theory, but real actions.
This is only a small part of what needs to be known in order to be ready to act rather than panic.
The participants were highly engaged: they listened attentively, actively took part, and asked many questions. It was clear that the topic resonated.
