“Faces of the Ukrainian Dream” Exhibition Opens in Tallinn

On 8 May – European Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation – an exhibition will open in Tallinn to remind visitors that the war in Ukraine is more than statistics. It is about children growing up under shelling who continue to dream despite the challenges they face.

Drawings and letters created by Ukrainian children will be brought into the public space of Estonia’s capital – displayed outdoors and accessible to everyone.

Opening: 8 May 2026, 15:30

Exhibition dates: 8–28 May 2026

Venue: Iceland Square (Islandi väljak), Tallinn, opposite the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Admission: Free

The exhibition is organized with the support of the Tallinn City Government and the Embassy of Ukraine in Estonia, in cooperation with the City of Tallinn’s Culture and Sports Department and MTÜ Bucel, as part of the Ukrainian cultural festival UKUfest.
