Arrangement of a children’s playground in the Shelter ‘Patriot’ in Zaporizhzhya

Days in our Zaporizhzhia shelter have become much brighter thanks to the help of the Hungarian Ecumenical Relief Service.

Thanks to the ‘Assistance to Victims of Occupation’ project, our Zaporizhzhia shelter has undergone a remarkable transformation. Our children now have their own outdoor playground, complete with a carousel and a sandbox. This has brought immense joy to the children, allowing them to play, laugh, and simply be children, despite the challenges they face.

The “Assistance to Victims of Occupation” project was created to support those who need it most. We strive to provide comfort and safety to our young children and to create an atmosphere where they can feel protected.

Our cooperation with our Hungarian partners allows us to give children joy and a part of a happy childhood.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Hungarian Ecumenical Relief Service for their unwavering help and support. Their contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of our children.
