SupportBorodyanka – a city that became a symbol of the brutality of Russian aggression.
A small town in the Kyiv region, Borodyanka became one of the symbols of destruction and suffering during the Russian occupation in 2022. As early as the beginning of March, Russian forces captured Borodyanka, launching massive airstrikes that caused significant destruction of infrastructure and residential buildings. The occupiers completely destroyed 8 and partially damaged 32 high-rise buildings; approximately 500 private homes were destroyed, and another 450 were damaged. Under the rubble of buildings in Borodyanka, 41 bodies were found, and over 300 bodies were discovered in graves dug by locals during the occupation.
The local hospital also suffered severe losses: only three doctors remained, continuing to provide assistance in extremely difficult conditions.
We could not remain indifferent. Thanks to our partners at Nova Ukraine, we were able to deliver two minivans of humanitarian aid to Borodyanka Hospital.
Among the items delivered: beds and furniture, medical equipment, consumables, and medical uniforms.
