We had an excellent opportunity to conduct a course on Digital Literacy for people aged 50+.
This event aimed to make digital technologies more accessible and understandable for everyone who really needs them. Learning to work with smartphones, the Internet, and other digital tools is essential for living an active life in the modern world.
During the course, our participants had the opportunity to learn the basics of working with a smartphone, using e-mail, and other practical digital skills. This course was organized with the support of the International Rescue Committee – UK to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to live in the digital world.
At the end of the course, all participants, even those who had never used smartphones before, received valuable gifts from our partners at the International Rescue Committee – UK.
A smartphone for every participant!
Now, all the residents of our shelter can get in touch and use digital opportunities!
We thank the organizers and partners of @rescueorg for the exciting projects and initiatives we can implement together.
