This day will not end as long as the search operations continue. The whole country’s heart is aching for our children. It is not news to us that Russia is only capable of terror. Today has brought a lot of pain and loss, which we have converted into help.
Our team of volunteers is exhausted today because their day has been very busy. Thanks to Sergei Ser and the caring residents of Vynohradar, the water bus was collected in minutes, distributed, and delivered to different districts of Kyiv where it was needed. Despite the surplus of water in Okhmatdyt, we sent the bulk of it to one of the hospitals in Kyiv, where we also received an approximate list of the children’s needs. Tomorrow we will receive a full list of what else needs to be purchased and will definitely help.
Construction bags and gloves were purchased at the Epicentre and brought to Okhmatdyt to clear the territory and debris. Unbreakable Ukrainians rallied together and, as a whole, helped the rescuers in search operations, clearing the territory and cleaning the glass. In a word, Ukrainians—unbreakable, unconquerable.
At the end of the day, already exhausted but still eager to help, our volunteers met a group of young people who had bought a huge amount of supplies for children on their own. Systems, antibiotics, painkillers, medical supplies, medicines, diapers, nappies, baby food, and a lot more. The universe sends us such people!
On behalf of the entire Public Organisation’ Patriot’, we would like to thank everyone who has joined us today and helped us to provide assistance to children. We are grateful to today’s conscious youth who support initiatives, projects, fundraisers, and events and help bring them to life. Consciousness is a treasure that we find in the people around us. Thank you!
We would like to thank our State Emergency Service heroes and defenders for clearing the rubble, carrying loads, and receiving pallets of aid today. Thank you for your hard work.
