Today, the “Patriot” shelter of the Public Organization “All-Ukrainian Association Patriot” in Zaporizhzhia welcomed a very special guest — Lyudmyla Yasynska, mother of the fallen Hero of Ukraine, Denys Yasynsky. Her visit was not just a courtesy; it was a gesture of immense heart and unwavering dedication. Lyudmyla presented a valuable gift for our volunteer vehicle, “Lastivka” — a set of brand-new wheels.
This tireless woman, who has endured the unimaginable loss of her only son in the war, does not retreat into her grief. She continues to actively work and support the military and those in need. Her volunteer journey began in 2014, when she and Svitlana Vasilyuk wove camouflage nets and sewed blankets for soldiers. After the loss of her son, her grief transformed into an unbreakable will to help his comrades.
Lyudmyla Yasynska actively engages in volunteer work, supporting other mothers and women who have lost loved ones in the war. She is a true symbol of strength, resilience, and humanity, inspiring everyone around her with her example.
The team of the Public Organization “All-Ukrainian Association Patriot” expresses deep gratitude to Ms. Lyudmyla for her generous gift and invaluable contribution to our shared mission. Your presence, your support, and your tireless work are a source of inspiration for us, a testament that the memory of Heroes lives on in our hearts and deeds. We are proud to have such a strong and luminous person in our community.
