We sincerely thank the International Charitable Foundation “Assistance for the Development of Medicine” for supporting the work of the NGO “Patriot,” for their trust, and for their significant contribution to the implementation of our humanitarian and medical initiatives.
This time, thanks to the Foundation’s support, assistance was provided to elderly people in the Kherson community and the city of Kaniv. The humanitarian packages included regular and incontinence pads, tampons, adhesive bandages, and other essential supplies.
We would also like to express our special thanks to the Foundation for donating an ambulance. We are currently planning to convert it for the implementation of the “For Her” project as part of the “Safeguarding Women’s Health in Crisis Conditions” initiative.
Once converted, the vehicle will operate as a mobile medical unit, helping make gynecological care more accessible to women serving in the military. Due to the conditions of their service and their frequent deployment and time spent at combat positions, they do not always have the opportunity to see a doctor in a timely manner.
It is especially important to us that the Foundation supports people who need assistance both in frontline communities and among Ukrainian women serving in the military.
