Under such conditions, an apartment is not a safe place.
What to do: updated safety rules
- The best solution – go to a shelter.
Metro, underground parking, underpasses, official shelters – anything that truly protects.
- Not enough time? Stairwell near the elevator.
This is the strongest part of a high-rise building.
- Private houses and outskirts.
If there is no shelter, leave the building. In a critical moment, lie on the ground to reduce the risk of being hit by debris.
- Go-bag – always ready.
Documents, water, a first aid kit, a flashlight, power bank.
Be sure to scan documents, family photos, and important items – keep digital copies.

In 2022, cars helped people escape. Now they often burn during attacks, and a single burning vehicle can ignite dozens of others.
Urban infrastructure must change: underground parking, modern standards, and shelters in buildings. But for now, remember that a car does not protect during an attack.

Pre-identify 2–3 nearest shelters and routes to them.
Do not look for them during an alarm.
